{"id":1466,"date":"2017-09-15T11:10:00","date_gmt":"2017-09-15T10:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.terredelelu.com\/?p=1466"},"modified":"2017-09-21T14:11:30","modified_gmt":"2017-09-21T13:11:30","slug":"ameliorations-au-chai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.terredelelu.com\/fr\/annonces\/2017\/ameliorations-au-chai\/","title":{"rendered":"Am\u00e9liorations au chai !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nous avons profit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 pour apporter de nombreuses am\u00e9liorations au chai :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un chai \u00e0 amphores, avec de nouvelles jarres en gr\u00e8s de 10hl pour la cuv\u00e9e Ephata (fermentation et fin d&rsquo;\u00e9levage);<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 2 magnifiques cuves tronconiques bien adapt\u00e9es pour la phase infusion des rouges et pour l&rsquo;\u00e9levage des jus de Gamay et des cabernet de la cuv\u00e9e Maupiti;<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 2 barriques de 600l seront r\u00e9serv\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9levage des jus de Pineau d&rsquo;Aunis pour la cuv\u00e9e Esp\u00e9rance;<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; les cuv\u00e9es D\u00e9sirade\u00a0 et Magellan ont eu droit, elles aussi \u00e0 de nouvelles barriques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sur les vins seront \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier d&rsquo;ici un ou deux ans.
