Apr\u00e8s un printemps vraiment compliqu\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 chaud et sec a favoris\u00e9 de tr\u00e8s belles maturit\u00e9s. Finalement, nous ramassons de beaux raisins, et la nature se montre cette ann\u00e9e plut\u00f4t g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse.<\/p>\n<p>Nos sauvignons ont comme chaque ann\u00e9e ouvert le bal, suivis par les gamays qui nous promettent un tr\u00e8s joli Maupiti 2018. \u00c9galement en cuve\u00a0: nos grolleaux gris, les chenins des Barres, terroir expos\u00e9 sud-est et plus pr\u00e9coce, et les grolleaux noirs. Les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9o offertes par l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 indien sont optimales. Cette semaine, nous avons renforc\u00e9 un peu notre \u00e9quipe de vendangeurs afin d&rsquo;\u00eatre au plus pr\u00e8s de la maturit\u00e9 optimale de nos chenins.
