For all wines marked “Available for Delivery,” prices are indicated in Euros (€) including VAT (19.6%), excluding shipping costs.
Promotion:
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined and are limited to one per household (same name, same address) per year.
Shipping Costs, Method, and Delivery Time:
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and delivery location.
For orders of fewer than 8 boxes, a flat shipping fee of €20 (including VAT) applies. Shipping is free for orders of 8 boxes or more.
The average delivery time is 48 hours.
Delivery Method and Time*
Delivery times begin upon receipt of payment. In any case, timely delivery is contingent upon the customer providing the seller with accurate recipient contact information. (Name, surname, address, postal code, city, country, access codes, landline phone number, etc.)
Wine Shop Pickup:
By choosing the “Wine Shop Pickup” option, you agree to collect your order from our partner wine shop nearest to you within 48 hours. In this case, you will pay 50% of the order online and the balance at the wine shop. You will receive a 5% discount on the total amount including VAT.
Home Delivery:
By choosing the “Home Delivery” option, and for any order placed before 10:00 AM from Monday to Thursday, you will receive your wines within 48 hours.
